- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend.
- I use a Blendtec, so if not using a high speed blender, chop ingredients a bit more before you blend.
