Ingredients

  • 1 Banana – peeled
  • 1 Apple – cut into quarters
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 23 Leaves of Kale
  • 23 Leaves of Chard
  • 1 tbs Flax Seed Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend.
  2. I use a Blendtec, so if not using a high speed blender, chop ingredients a bit more before you blend.
  3. Drink and enjoy your good health.
