- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbs Coconut Oil
- 6 oz Organic Dried Mango (TJs)
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
- While it is melting, cut mango into ½ inch wide strips.
- Dip strips into chocolate and lay out on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
- Lightly sprinkle salt over chocolate part.
- Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
