  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 6 oz Organic Dried Mango (TJs)


  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
  2. While it is melting, cut mango into ½ inch wide strips.
  3. Dip strips into chocolate and lay out on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  4. Lightly sprinkle salt over chocolate part.
  5. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
