Cherry Almond Clusters

  • 2 lbs Chocolate
  • 1 cup Dried Cherries (chopped)
  • ½ cup Dried Blueberries
  • 2 cups Almonds
  • ½ cup Crystallized Ginger Bits


  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
  3. Spread out cherries, blueberries and pecans in little groups on sheet.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the top of each group.
  5. Cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
