Units Scale
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbs Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Medool Dates
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tbs Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 cups Spinach


  1. Make sure to take the pits out of the dates.
  2. Add all ingredients to blend and… blend.


I use a Blendtec. If you are not using a high-speed blender, you might want to add more liquid. Either more almond milk or water.
